Is postage really included?
Yes. Every price on this page is all-in: card, handwriting, envelope and the stamp, in the US or abroad.
How is my tier set?
By the number of cards you mail in a calendar month. You pay the rate for your tier on every card that month.
How do I pay?
By card as you go, or by monthly invoice on volume plans.
Do I pay for notes that are not mailed?
No. A card bills when it is mailed. Notes you cancel before they are written are never billed.
Do you offer platform or white-label pricing?
Yes. If you want to offer handwritten notes to your own users, under your brand, talk to us about platform pricing and monthly invoicing.

Handwrytten: pay-as-you-go $3.75 a card, or a monthly plan ($449 to $849) plus $1.99 to $1.29 a card, postage extra; we add $0.78 postage (source). Simply Noted: prepaid credit packs ($2.80 at 100 down to $1.25 at 10,000) plus $0.82 postage, credits expire after 12 months; API access requires its $497 a month plan (source). Simply Noted's 500 and 2,500 figures use its 500 and 1,000 or 5,000 credit packs bought upfront.
